2) Finishing capstan:

b2. DA-11 & DA-13 (11 & 13 dies) capstans are available in one motor driven or individual driven by DC motor for quick die change. 75Hp for non-annealing and 100Hp for online drawing annealing machine

c) Speed: speed can be adjusted to be key-in computerize system for different finishing wire diameter drawing,

d) Drawing dies arrangement:

          The die positions can be arranged computerize as follow:

d1. Inlet wire always coming from No.1 die then through a necessary number of dies and outlet wire always install in final die position.
d2. All the necessary numbers of dies are arranged from final die position and previous positions.

e) Driven: DC motor > Speed reducer > V pulleys > Finished capstan

f) Motor speed of finishing capstan synchronization control with main motor of drawing machine

g) Finishing die: rotating type, driven by a gear motor with worm gear box. The finishing die will slowly rotating as well as the wire is going, to get a circular wire diameter

h) Brake: for emergency stop a pneumatic type disc brake to be installed on the behind of final shaft

3) Length counter:

a) Type: Single wheel type, to be installed over top of finishing capstan

b) Auto counter: 5 digital with 1 pre-set.
